General Introduction & Applicability

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") apply to the 35bp website and all services associated with it. By registering an account, logging in, or using any service on the 35bp platform, you are considered to have fully read, understood, and accepted all the terms set out below.

Bonus & Promotion Terms

35bp offers an attractive welcome bonus to every new member. The following conditions apply to claiming and using this bonus.

3.1 Bonus Example

If a user deposits ৳1,000, they will receive a 120% bonus of ৳1,200, making the total balance ৳2,200. A 25x wagering requirement applies to this ৳1,200 bonus, meaning a total of ৳30,000 in bets must be placed before any winnings from the bonus can be withdrawn. For larger deposits — for example, depositing ৳18,000 — the maximum bonus of ৳10,000 applies, making the total balance ৳28,000.

3.2 Bonus Usage Rules

1. The wagering requirement is calculated on the bonus amount only, not on the deposit amount.
2. The bonus can only be used once, and only one welcome bonus applies per account.
3. Bonuses are non-transferable — they cannot be sent to another account.
4. Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn before the wagering requirement is completed.
5. 35bp reserves the right to cancel a bonus if fraudulent activity is suspected.

3.3 Other Promotions

Deposit & Withdrawal Policy

4.1 Deposit Methods & Limits

35bp currently supports the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer (including major Bangladeshi banks such as BRAC Bank, Dutch-Bangla Bank, and Islami Bank). The minimum deposit amount across all methods is ৳200.

1. Balance will be credited only after the deposit transaction is confirmed.

3. Depositing via a third party's account is strictly prohibited.

4.2 Withdrawal Methods & Processing Time

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Once approved, funds are generally sent within 10 to 45 minutes.

2. If identity verification is not complete, withdrawal processing may be delayed.
3. 35bp reserves the right to temporarily suspend withdrawals in cases of suspicious activity.
4. Funds linked to an active bonus cannot be withdrawn until the wagering requirement for that bonus is met.

Betting & Gaming Rules

5.1 Rules for Placing Bets

Sports betting, live casino, slot games, and other gaming services are available on the 35bp platform. Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled.

1. Bets will only be deducted from the available balance — there is no option to bet on credit.
2. If a bet remains incomplete due to a technical error, it may be considered void.
3. If an event is cancelled, the bet amount will be refunded.

5.2 Fraud & Manipulation Prohibited

Any of the following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of deposited funds:

1. Use of bots, automated software, or any other improper tools.
2. Bonus abuse — repeatedly opening new accounts to claim bonuses.
3. Money laundering or any illegal financial activity.
4. Deliberately coordinating bets with other players ("match fixing").

5.3 Special Conditions for Live Betting

In live betting, odds may change at any time. The odds applicable at the moment the bet is submitted are considered final. 35bp reserves the right to cancel a bet if the odds change due to network delay.

VIP Program & Loyalty Benefits

35bp offers three VIP tiers. Each tier provides weekly cashback benefits, and a user's tier is upgraded based on their activity.

1. VIP tiers are reviewed on an ongoing basis and may be downgraded if activity decreases.
2. Cashback is calculated weekly and paid out according to a set schedule.
3. 35bp reserves the right to cancel VIP benefits if fraudulent activity is suspected.

Responsible Gaming & Personal Limits
